VST ISSUED CALIFORNIA ENHANCED VAPOR RECOVERY "EVR" CERTIFICATION FOR PHASE II GASOLINE DISPENSING FACILITY (GDF) EQUIPMENT

Springboro, Ohio — USA — November 6, 2007 — Vapor Systems Technologies, Inc. (VST) announces its first Phase II Enhanced Vapor Recovery (EVR) certification issued by the California Air Resources Board (CARB).

After years of development, testing and an 18-month certification period conducted by CARB, VST's ENVIRO-LOC!" Total System Solution has demonstrated a robust efficiency greater than 98%, which exceeds the currently mandated CARB EVR standard criteria of 95%. The patented VST EVR system includes all of the necessary hanging hardware for dispensing fuel; including state-of-the-art dripless vapor recovery fueling nozzles, hoses, safety breakaways, and is combined with a unique membrane processor that continuously controls underground storage tanks (UST) pressure below atmospheric pressure levels. Effectively, the VST ENVIRO-LOC!" Total System Solution virtually eliminates all fugitive emissions caused by UST over pressurization. Thus, a system that captures fugitive emissions above ground and controls them underground. VST's President, Glenn K. Walker, proudly states that, The VST ENVIRO-LOC!" Total System Solution is truly a clean air and clean water technology.

An added component to VST's new technologies provided by the ENVIRO-LOC!" Total System Solution is a highly engineered monitoring system that will assure both the public and regulators that the total system continuously meets the requirements.

California has mandated regulations that require all gasoline service stations (GDFs) throughout the state to install new EVR Phase II equipment by April 2009. The minimum regulatory requirements include a 95% collection efficiency of vehicle transfer emissions while simultaneously controlling UST vapor emissions. With over 12,000 GDF sites in California to be retrofitted by April 2009, VST has begun a major ramp up of production at its Springboro, Ohio headquarters and manufacturing facility in order to help the petroleum industry meet the April 2009 deadline.
